Terms and Conditions of Use

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS THROUGH USE

Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. provides Cancellations.com as a service to you according to the following terms and conditions.  By using this site, you are indicating that you agree to these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with the terms and conditions herein, please do not use this site.  Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. reserves the right to change, modify, or delete these terms and conditions at any time without notice.  Any use of this site following any changes in these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Cancellations.com is a web site that offers a variety of services at no charge to our users. User types include Member (representative of a participating organization or organizations who maintains and updates account(s) for the organization(s) he/she represents), and Visitor (anyone who browses the web site, fills out online forms, conducts searches, and/or makes use of visitor services. For a list of these services, see paragraph three of this section).

Member services include account management for participating organizations.  Organization categories may be agricultural, business, club, government, library, municipal, non-profit, parks/recreation, religious, school, scouts, senior, sports, volunteer, or other. Membership is made available to representatives of organizations for posting messages and other information.  All submissions for Membership are subject to a verification process.

Visitor Services include zip code and city/state search functions, posting reports and search results pages, ability to browse and view custom web pages for organizations, and MyCancellations and Postings by E-mail.  Additional Services and enhancements to the current Services shall be subject to these terms and conditions.  Lazerpro Digital Media Group has the right to change or discontinue any and all aspects of the site including discontinuation of the site entirely.  Services are provided “as is” for use by members and site visitors–Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. assumes no responsibility for, nor makes any warrantees concerning the timeliness and accuracy of the information posted on this site.

3. REGISTRATION FOR MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES

When you register to become a Member you must agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and the organization you represent, as prompted by the Registration Form, and (b) to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. reserves the right to delete the new registration or terminate member accounts, and to refuse any and all current or future use of account administration privileges without explanation.  Possible reason(s) for registration rejection or discontinuation of services may include but is not limited to the submission of account or registration data that is found to be untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.  Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc., also reserves the right, but is not under the obligation, to monitor all information posted on Cancellations.com.

4. MEMBERSHIP, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

Requests for Cancellations.com accounts are subject to a security verification process.  Upon successful completion of this process, user becomes a member and account administrator for the organization represented on the registration form.  Members will be sent a password via medium determined by Cancellations.com.  A password may be changed by a member at any time.  Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account.  Member agrees to (a) immediately notify Cancellations.com of any unauthorized use of his/her password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that he/she logs out of the account at the end of each session.  Cancellations.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from member’s failure to comply with these terms.

As an account administrator, member agrees that he/she will not disseminate through the site any material or information of any kind that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, deceptive, misleading, or otherwise violates any law or infringes or violates any rights of any other person or entity, or contains a solicitation of funds, advertising, or a solicitation for goods or services.

5. USE OF REGISTRATION DATA

Registration data is collected on Cancellations.com for internal use.  Data that is in nature public information, such as organization name, address, and phone number may appear for public display on the web site.  The addition of services to this web site may require the redistribution of pertinent registration data to outside companies in order to sufficiently enable and provide such additional services.  Any registration data which is shared with an outside partnering company will be used strictly to accomplish the purpose of adding value to Cancellations.com for our members and visitors. Information that is not public in nature will not be made public by Cancellations.com, Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc., or our partnering companies.

Lazerpro Digital Media Group may at times release aggregate subscriber data regarding Cancellations.com to advertisers as may be requested or required. However, any data provided is aggregate data only and specific individual information of the nature provided during the registration processes is not given to advertisers.

Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. reserves the right to determine on an individual basis the need to share registration data with other organizations when account updating or maintenance is required, or when addressing security issues.  Cancellations.com data hosted by or collected on the web site of any partner or affiliate of Cancellations.com shall not be subject to the Terms and Conditions defined herein.

6. COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK SUBMISSIONS

Cancellations.com welcomes e-mail from our users and visitors.  All e-mail to help@cancellations.com or info@cancellations.com, or directly to any employee of Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc., will be taken into consideration by the Lazerpro Digital Media Group staff. Though the staff makes efforts to reply to the e-mail received, Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. makes no guarantee that users and/or visitors will receive a personal response.  Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. will not accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, materials other than those it has specifically requested.  User comments and feedback, as well as creative ideas, suggestions, and/or materials sent by users, with or without a request from Cancellations.com/Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc., shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Cancellations.com and Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc.

7. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

User acknowledges and agrees that any and all materials and Services provided as part of the Cancellations.com web service, including but not limited to logos, e-mail, images, display, graphics, and presentation, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws.  Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc., does not consider the textual postings by Members to be copyrighted, trademarked, service marked, or patented. However, by making information available through Cancellations.com, the Member automatically grants Cancellations.com the right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and sublicense any such information (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works regardless of form, media, or technology.  Unless expressly authorized by Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc., members and visitors agree not to sell, license, rent, lease, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from materials or content presented on the Cancellations.com web site. Members and visitors may forward Postings by E-mail messages to others, download the links provided on the web site, or print materials or content on this site from any single computer for non-commercial use, but in doing so must keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.  Use of content, materials, or Services for any purpose not expressly permitted by Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. or in these Terms and Conditions is prohibited.  Members and visitors shall not upload, post, or make available any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right without the express written permission of Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc.  Members and visitors shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement or other harm resulting from such a submission.

8. THIRD PARTY SITES

Third party sites may provide links to Cancellations.com.  A link on a third party site does not in any way constitute an advertisement on or endorsement of the third party site by Cancellations.com or Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc.  Third party sites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive.  Third party sites are not under the control of Cancellations.com or Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc., and Cancellations.com/Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, decency or any other aspect of the content of such sites.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Cancellations.com expressly disclaims all warranty, either express or implied, for Services.  All information provided by members on behalf of participating organizations, for display on the search results pages and Postings by E-mail messages, is provided by third parties not under the control of Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc.  Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. makes no representations, warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, relating to the accuracy, timeliness, or content of the information posted on Cancellations.com and/or sent via e-mail, or that this service will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or that errors/defects will be corrected. Members and visitors assume any and all risk associated with relying upon the accuracy and/or timeliness of the information presented.  The Services of Cancellations.com are provided “as-is,” and “as available”; use of Services is at user’s own risk.  No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by user from Cancellations.com, shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You, the user, expressly understand and agree that Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or the inability to use this web site and/or it's Services, or for damages, loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible, even if Cancellations.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. TERMINATION

Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the account of any registered organization at any time without notice or explanation.  Reasons for termination of an organization account may include, but are not limited to:  prolonged account inactivity, the posting of messages containing content of an inappropriate nature (See Term #4), or the posting of a message or messages that present to compete with the Cancellations.com service.

11. INDEMNITY

Members and visitors (users) agree to indemnify and hold Lazerpro Digital Media Group, Inc., it’s partners, and any third party service providers harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that arise from user’s use or misuse of this site or any Services offered by Cancellations.com.

If at any time when you are visiting Cancellations.com you encounter a posting or item on an organizations personalized web page, which you deem to be libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, deceptive, misleading, or otherwise violates any law or infringes or violates any rights of any other person or entity, please use the following abuse reporting procedure:

A. Send e-mail to help@cancellations.com including the following specific information:

1)  Organization believed to be in violation of Terms and Conditions
 2)  Date(s) the violation was observed
 3)  An unedited copy of the offending message(s)
 4)  Your contact information (name, e-mail address, and phone number)

B. Your report will be evaluated and investigated by Cancellations.com staff within two business days.  During this time you may be contacted for more information, clarification, and or to confirm that you are the initiator of the abuse report.

C. If the abuse report is deemed well founded by the staff of Cancellations.com/Lazerpro Digital Media Group, action will be taken concerning the offending organization, which may include, but is not limited to, account termination.

D. If the abuse report is deemed to be unfounded and false, you as the reporter of said abuse might be subject to permanent termination of enrollment in any or all of the Services of Cancellations.com.
