Please note that the above e-mail will become your MyCancellations management e-mail. It must be an e-mail address that you can access from a computer that has web browsing capability. This will also be your default signup e-mail. Any notices or emails regarding site functionality will be sent to this email. You will have the option to add cell phone and pager email addresses at a later point.

Acceptance of Limitations

Postings by E-mail is a free service of Cancellations.com that sends postings directly to the electronic mailboxes of participants. While e-mail delivery is usually fast and reliable, please note that:

Postings by E-mail are generated and sent shortly after an organization administrator makes a posting.
Organizations are encouraged to post but are under no obligation to do so. In the event that the organization does not post, no Postings by E-mail will be sent for that organization.
From the Cancellations.com mail server, The Postings by E-mail goes to either a routing server or a final destination mail server. At that point, Cancellations.com no longer has control over the messages. The e-mail must now go through the Internet to get to you, the recipient.

For these reasons, which are outside of the control of Cancellations.com, the timely delivery of the e-mail cannot be guaranteed.
